Being a person who has a few chronic health issues, I thought it might be a good idea to start up a thread for those going through the same. Sometimes, having ongoing health problems makes it particularly challenging for those trying to lose weight and incorporate exercise into their daily lives.

Hi = I do have chronic health issues too. But I post in the fibrothread on the Dieting with health issues thread. Take a peek there - may be one listing your specifics. I don't have fibro but the ladies there kindly asked me to join them. (I have RA and am hypothyroid.)
