I'm new to this space and trying out new things. Wanted to know if keto dieting actually works. Should I give it a go, or do y'all recommend something better.
In my experience, no. It just makes me crave carbs and eventually, I end up binging on them. It also gives me anxiety and makes me feel like crap in general. And yes, I've waited out the "keto flu" and I still didn't feel right.
Honestly, I haven't tried it yet because somebody referred me to bodyfitting.health where I found something else that worked very well for my aunt. However, I heard other people say that the keto diet works well, too.

It's individual, then I've also read a lot of reviews that people don't find keto helpful because there are too many restrictions. But also there are those who feel comfortable, I think they just get used to it. Keto doesn't work for me.
