Maybe you should try to schedule your eating times. You already mentioned breakfast and dinner. Maybe add a lunch and set specific times for these meals. I have to take medication that makes me feel no hunger during the day. So I can relate a little bit to you. I tell myself that I need to eat something in the afternoon even though my body doesn't tells me to. Also try to eat together with your partner Kodi nox so it feels more normal for you to eat at these times.
