Lesson I learnt from Weight loss
You might lose weight but it's not necessary that it will change the way you feel about yourself. Loving yourself no matter how you look is important. A beautiful mind always trumps a beautiful body. Make sure you keep spreading love to the people who think less of themselves because of their appearance. Teach your kids values like compassion so that at least our next generation is not full of people with low self-esteem. It's high time we stop bullying people because of their weight. At the end of the day, if you behave like a mean person no matter how good and fit you look, it doesn't matter. Workout, meditate and mindful eating habits are not for a good body to impress people but for your own health. Don't over work yourself, don't demand too much from yourself.. with a little workout and good food here and there..You will be fine.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
