I need help
I’ve tried all the fad diets, I can’t seem to lose weight or at most I can loose 5 lbs before I fall off. I’m at a point I just do not know how to anymore. I have no energy I wake up exhausted if I walk around a lot I’m out of breath. I meal prep but then when it comes time to eat I still order out, I get in the mood to eat better then get overwhelmed with all the changes I need to make. I try to work out and I’m sore for days I’ve tried to just walk, and my thighs get chub rub and rubbed raw and then I can’t. I need to loose 130 lbs. please any advice will help
