Scale was 266.8 this morning. I'm down a pound and 0.4 away from the 10# mark. I'm hoping to crack the 250s by June 1st. I think 6.8 pounds in 3 weeks is realistic. Taking a break from drinking has helped. I got a lot of meal prep done this weekend, which will help the week go smoothly. I had a large grocery haul last night and picked up some Halo Top and Lean Cuisines (in addition to the other food). I hope that keeping those in the freezer will make it easier to not reach for take out when I'm pressed for time or feeling like a mini splurge. I enjoy them, but not so much that I will feel triggered having them in the house. Last week I had a few too many trips to Dunkin Donuts. Even though I only got the egg and cheese english muffin and nothing too terrible, I think it will be better to avoid the convenience food altogether.
Hoping to make it to bed on time tonight and onward to a good week!

10.6 pounds lost since I started posting here on March 26th. It's not super fast progress, but it is progress. It feels good to finally see the scale move!! The highest number I ever saw was 287 in Feb of this year. It scared me silly thinking I was somewhat near 300.
I made it to work on time today. I ate my planned breakfast and packed a healthy lunch/dinner. I have found that eating my dinner before I leave work helps stave off the impulse to pick up take out on the way home. It's also nice to have more food in case I get stuck at work late. I feel like I am starting the work week off on a good note.
I started a new week of exercise yesterday. I biked and wt. lifted. It rained all day long, but I went out when it was drizzling and filled up half of a bushel with weeds. I was spading an area I did last fall. The nasty weeds came back. I cleaned up about a third of it. I am thinking about seeding a weed specialist to get something for anything that returns. I am tired of my efforts not producing results.
The last few days I have eaten out several times plus done some entertaining so have not done an adequate job of counting calories. Will get back on track. Sure have enjoyed time with family and friends though!
Today's Plan: 1200-1500 calories, 2 liters water, veggies, fiber, calx2, vit/min supp., leg curls and leg press for weights, sit-ups, squats.
I biked/wt. lifted last night. I spaded/filled one bushel with weeds in the afternoon and went back in the evening and did the same in a different location.
