Deon, I have turned to this prayer many times and it truly helps. I know you've heard it before, but I find it to be very powerful in it's simplicity...

God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference.

J-ann...How freaky is that, seeing 'yourself' on TV? I don't blame you, I wouldn't want to watch myself either. I'm so upset about the pictures we got back from our trip to the city. There are some nice family shots, but I feel like I absolutely ruin the pictures with how fat I am. There I was, feeling all perky about the pounds starting to come off again...and those pictures just shot me down big time. I know...I have a serious self image problem. I'm working on that.
