Good night! Usc, will keep you and your family in my prayers. Teri, that’s so sad there isn’t a statue of Gene Kelly in Pittsburgh. Ran errands on my way home from my meeting tonight. Had supper. My fitness goals for today have been attained.😷🍀😁❤️

Well, my mother-in-law is stable but we almost lost her. I have a bad feeling we will be making another trip down to Houston soon.

Jonathan is almost 21. We have support services in Tennessee called "ECF Choices". They are geared for ID or DD. He was approved for SSI when he turned 18, which includes phenomenal insurance ($0 copay and $0 deductibles) and shortly thereafter approved for ECF Choices. One of the benefits for ECF Choices is the ability to move into a CLS (Community Living Supported) home. His SSI pays for rent and food, and ECF pays for caregivers. It was a bit more challenging to find a placement for him because of his medical issues as well. Found one about 4 hours from us. He moved in Jan 2020. It was an apartment with 1 roommate and 24/7 caretakers. There were some concerns so it eventually evolved into a Family Model placement (similar to adult Foster Care) So he lives with 1 caretaker. Has job training services and other support services. I feel very blessed knowing he is well taken care of.

Tuesday 3/16
Fasted 22 hours.
Lunch: Grilled Chicken with Pineapple; Roasted Carrots and Green Beans. Greek yogurt and 1/4 cup pistachios.
Still sorting through clothes and deciding what I keep and what I get rid of. I've gone from a size 26 in pants to a 16 or 18. 4X in shirts to a 1X or even XL in some brands. It is so exciting.
I only exercised 1X - but made it 20 minutes (low impact).
But I also walked my dog for 30 minutes, so that should count for something!
Got all my water in.
It was a good day.
Blessings on you all.

Thank you for sharing, it sounds as if Jonathan is in the right place for him. How hard the transition must have been for you and your son, but it sounds as if you have adjusted well

Good morning
Usc4valpo, I am relieved your mother in law is stable now. But this sounds like a really tough situation with her health being so fragile. Praying.
Syckgirl,, you asked about Larry. He just dropped out suddenly. Usually he would pop in and out periodically but haven't heard from him in quite a while. Just concerned and no way to find out. I hope he is okay.
Nancy, hey chick!!! Second vaccination is March 24. Mom and dad doing well! Thanks for asking. Always uplifting to see you
Yesterday I took in 1330 calories and met the rest of my goals. I need to get more veggies; plan to on Thursday.
Today's Plan: 1200-1300 calories, 2 liters water, fiber, vit/min/cal supp., recumbent bike, situps, squats, possibly leg curls, if I get the time and energy.

Good Morning, Everyone!
Guess what I did yesterday? I got caught up with some things and I sat in my recliner, with my feet up and read a magazine! Actually I read 3 of them. There is a magazine that I like to read and buy monthly. But I haven't had time to read the last 3 issues. I am all caught up now. It was nice to be able to sit with my feet up for a little while and not have anything pressing to do.
USC I will be praying for your family.
Nancy
Steps for yesterday: 12,187
This Morning: Oxycise
Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy!

Deuteronomy 32:10
He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye.
It is vital that we remember how pleasing it is to God when we choose to lose weight. No matter how we look or act, God loves us, but just like earthly parents, when we do our best and look our best, we are most pleasing. God is proud of us when we sacrifice and learn self-discipline. He watches our every move, our every struggle, and He loves us. He will be with us continually. Let us follow His teachings and do all in our power to make Him proud of us; not only in our diets, but in every undertaking.
Today's thought: I am the nonfattening apple of God's eye!

morning everyone!
workout was amazing! I was so happy to be able to do REAL bench presses LOL I also did biceps, triceps (suicides, or skull crushers), inner and outer thigh machines, pull downs, and used the ab coaster thingy a few times. I totally proved to myself that the gym is way more effective than trying to do it at home...I was way weaker on the bench than before! And getting so sore already.
I haven't eaten yet - but last night I had half a sandwich (sourdough, Boarshead black forest ham and horseradish cheddar, mustard) I also had a small snack bag of Cheezits before my workout on my way home from work because I got hungry. 2 glasses of wine. Came in under calories but as of this morning I still haven't dropped the water weight. Maybe the oatmeal???
I think I'll have a carb balance tortilla with a chicken/gouda sausage from Omaha for breakfast right now. Reservation at 12:30 at gym! Going to do 30 to 40 minutes of cardio
back later!

well it seems as though somebody threw out my last carb balance tortilla I admit it was falling apart but I wanted it!
I had a chicken apple gouda sausage from Omaha on a folio cheese wrap, instead. 25 protein, 5 carbs, 18 fat, 290 calories.
