Good Morning, Everyone!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters
March 14
Isaiah 41:10
Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
Will the diet ever end? That question gets asked an awful lot. What starts out as a good idea soon becomes torture. Giving up seems to be such a good idea. It's at those times that we need the most strength. We need something to pull us through the really tough times. The love of God is just what we need. God will give us strength and courage and will help us fight off the temptation to quit. Call upon the Lord, and He will uphold you, He will strengthen you, He will stay with you, no matter how tough the diet gets.
Today's thought: If I can make it through the tough times, I can make it through anything!

Good morning
I averaged 1530 calories for the past week. I'm at such a plateau. I want to get my weight back into the weight range I feel most comfortable in: 133-138, but I'm over a bit where I do not feel my best. To do this I need to do more exercise.
Today's Plan: 1500 calories, 2 liters water, veggies, fiber, cal/vit/min supp., recumbent bike, sit-ups, squats.

Rachel, all of us have those weeks when we plateau. More exercise and paying closer attention to what we eat is key. 😷😁🍀❤️

Morning gang. We are driving to Houston to see my mother in law who is in the hospital with pneumonia. She is in a delicate situation - she is a post polio survivor, has advanced stage Parkinson’s and has been in assisted living for 2 plus years. My wife got her COVID vaccine and can see her for the first time in 15 months. Difficult situation, my daughter and I will find stuff to do.
Ciecie, I did another Leslie Sansone video this week. I see your enthusIasm for her - they are fun. It gets you pumping - I think I will mix it in with Body Project.
need to focus on sustaining my weight - I don’t think I can drop much more. I guess that’s ok.
I should know more about the job situation the week of March 22. Thanks so much for your support.

Good Morning!
Hope you all are having a great weekend.
Usc: Have a nice time in Houston...will you get to the shore? ...Hmmm...there must be a lot to see in Houston. You have done so great with the weight. Maybe you will see your mother-in-law from a window. Will she recognize you!
Rachel: I started filling up the water bowl to a higher level. I need to look at those water fountains. ...I don't know. My cats are not interested in dripping faucets... I have been filling up a bunch of small syringes and squirting water in the mouth. I have really started noticing an improvement in my cat in the past 12 hours.
I biked last night. I need to workout today to complete the 5x goal for the week. Diet okay except for a muffin and some ice cream.

Good afternoon! Power walked to and home from lunch. Ran an errand on the way home. Took one load of laundry out of the dryer and put another in. Will go for another power walk and run errands in a few minutes. 🍀😷😁❤️

Good morning
Ciecie, Thanks for the good advice about exercising more and being more attentive to what I eat to break this plateau.
Teri, I'm truly grateful that boy kitty seems to be doing better!!
I took in 1500 calories yesterday and weighed in at 142.
Today's Pan: 1200-1300 calories, 2 liters water, veggies, fiber, vit/min/cal supp, recumbent bike, sit-ups, squats, maybe leg press.
