Default Teri's kitty

Teri, is kitty crying when he's using the litter box? Straining? A urinary blockage is very very serious in a male cat. If that's the case, he should see vet immediately

Default Good morning

Somehow I lost the post I just wrote! I don't think I'll write it out again. Yesterday I took in 1650 calories. Goals are the same as for yesterday's. I think I'm tired this morning!

Jude 24
Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy.

There was a girl by the name of Jennifer who was always getting herself into trouble because she couldn't say no. She had absolutely no resistance to any temptation. Then she met Beth. Beth was able to be a voice of reason and common sense for Jennifer. Jennifer knew that if she was tempted, Beth would get her through. Jesus Christ can be to us what Beth was to Jennifer; He can be our voice of reason. Whenever we feel ourselves being tempted, we need to turn toward Him. He is able to keep us from falling. When we find ourselves too weak to handle a situation, we can rest assured that Jesus is indeed strong enough.

Today's thought: Jesus can keep me on the right track!

Hello!

Thanks for your concerns regarding my cat. My cat is eating okay and his wt. is up some. Maybe I will still call the vet.

I am still eating chicken/veggies/ramen... I am losing a little wt. I finally biked/wt. lifted last night.

Diana: I am still thinking about those 25 bags of gravel/sand that you moved...Wow. Be careful when you do that...

Toodle-ooh!

I received a phone call from Medtronic my pacemaker's manufacturer today. The tech identified himself as being from the connect division. Said he wanted to arrange for remote monitoring of my new pacemaker. I told him I have a Medtronic Carelink Unit to send in readings. He said that will not work with my new pacer. Seems my new unit uses Bluetooth to connect to my iPhone - 7. He sent me a link to download the app on my phone and set a username and password. He said as long as my phone is within 5 feet of me my pacemaker can connect to it and transmit readings to my cardiologist via the internet. I set it all up and tested it. It went through and I got a report saying the data was received. My pacemaker also tracks my daily physical activity and reports that as well.

George Orwell 1984 anyone?

Morning gang. Iím hanging in there keeping my exercise going while dealing with a lot of job demands and crap. getting frequent messages during meetings and meetings constantly going past end times are really gnawing on my mind. Thank God I go downstairs to workout.

Jen, Terry - after any exercise, I always allow 3 to 5 minutes to stretch and get the heart rate down gradually. It is important so you can continue the next day and so on.

We are discussing what to cook for the Chiefs win on Sunday. Soup or chili makes sense to me.
