Ok, so I got more clarification on the covid exposure. I have not been exposed in that situation.

Good afternoon! Diana, that’s great you got more information on the COVID exposure. Power walked and ran errands after lunch. Will do 2 miles Leslie Sansone in a few minutes. 😁❤️🥶

Good day to all
Quick flyby
Diana, good news on your mamo, bad news for your washer and praying for Miss Connie
Jen, how are the cramps and your shoulder today?
ciecie, are you liking your new IPad?
Teri, you have come such a long way with your exercise.
Rachel, so I guess you weathered your shot ok? or was it only your parents who got the injection? I was not certain.
Change4life welcome to the checkin
Usc, your days are sounding very stressful but my....17K steps...you have run circles around me!

WI really no change the same 1lb up and down in increments of .2 and .4 for the month so far
WO yep still going M-F and cardio for 30+ min then strength training for 15-25 min depending if it is upper or lower body.
I went for a job interview today and I was there for 1.5 hours wow, it was such a nice place and I felt right at home. Anyway they will let me know in the next few days but I feel confident I will at least be offered a position. Fingers crossed and lots of praying.

I am still counting calories and keep that in the range of 1200-1400 but the big plus for me has been my limiting alcohol. Which is/can be a struggle when I am stressed or bored. Snacking is another problem. I have been upping my protein and it is helping but those danger hours from 6pm-9pm are my downfall. I am still struggling with finding a way to cope during that time. I will take any suggestions.

Have a great day!

Default First Check In

I am doing Intermittent Fasting for weight loss and all the health benefits.
Today has been a GREAT day!! Stepped on the scale that has been tormenting me for a few weeks (up and down and up and down) but this morning I hit the jackpot! Oh how sweet 218 looked. Officially 100 pounds lost today.

I do not count calories, but I do count carbs and try to keep my carbs under 30 a day, mostly from veggies and yogurt.

I typically eat OMAD (one meal a day) before 3 on weekdays but occasionally I'll eat 2X.
Today I had an omelet with 1 whole eggs and 2 egg whites + mushrooms, ham and a bit of cheese for lunch. And a salad with sliced grilled chicken for dinner.

I walked my dog 1.5 miles on this beautiful day in East TN! I need to be accountable for MOVING this body!! And for drinking water. I try to drink 6 bottles of Dasani a day. I do get exercise running to the bathroom.

I also am involved in 2 Bible Studies right now and will be accountable to reading and doing my homework here if you don't mind. So far I am up to date in both. LOVING them!!

If I'm not doing this right, feel free to let me know.

Blessings on you all.

Default Good morning

Donna, How wonderful to have you aboard with us. I think you'll find this to be a very supportive and compassionate bunch! I find this group to be very helpful in being accountable to various aspects of my physical, mental, and spiritual health as a Christian. I hope you find it to be also.

Jen, your comment about the probable fact that my parents probably "watched" me also after my childhood vaccinations brought tears to my eyes, in a good way. It touched my heart so. Now the roles are reversed and I am blessed to be able to help them.

Nancy, yes, I was also able to get the vaccination as a caregiver for my parents. My arm is sore at the injection site, Dad's too, but Mom says hers is not sore. Anyway, I'm so grateful that all has gone well!! Nancy, you are really going to town on your exercise! WOW. I admire that greatly. Good job . Keep us updated on your job interview.

Diana, I am so glad you were able to get the news that you had no COVID exposure!!!

Larry, I'm concerned about you. Are you okay?

I took in 1655 calories yesterday. I would have met my goal, but got into some M&M's. Met the rest of my goals.

Today's Plan: 1200-1500 calories, 2 liters water, veggies, fiber, vit/min/cal supp.

Welcome Donna! Your weight loss is very inspiring and I look forward to learning from you and your pearls off wisdom.I am a few pound away from my goal (well I think it’s my goal but not sure). Also, I am hoping to retire in a few years and we are looking to move from Iowa to East Tennessee, so this is pretty exciting,

workwise is crazy and I applied for a job internally just to explore. I hope this goes well. I also have an engagement interview with my boss today which may be awkward, so I need to relax and keep cool.

slept better last night - weather is getting better for sure - and I dropped below 190! I am getting decent steps in listening to R&B tunes, but no Soul Train dance moves. Need to keep the momentum,
