Exercise to do while losing weight

  • I am currently doing this exercise and you can also start with this basic exercise
    • running
    • swimming
    • cycling
    • walking at stair (I don't use elevator and you should also avoid elevator)
    • crunches
    you must start with this basic exercise
  • Good tips especially walking up the stairs. Walking up and down office stairs on 10th floor burns alot of calories
  • Fork put downs and table push-aways. Seriously though, diet far over shadows the impact of exercise. It's very difficult to out run a poor diet. Controlling your calorie intake is the most important part of cutting.

  • Jogging and running are great exercises to help you lose weight. Swimming and Yoga are also helpful. Keep doing hardwork.
