I just finished setting up 4 check-in's for the new month. Posting our church's morning and evening services as well as the notes for the services. I feel tired tonight. It rained all day and I think that made me feel more tired. I didn't get a workout in. I will usually do something even if it's short but not tonight. Good morning! Power walked to and home from lunch yesterday. Ran errands on the way home. Got my laundry started and finished most of it. Will finish the rest tomorrow. Went to one of the sheds in my backyard to see if I’ve got enough shingles for the contractor to use on the roof. Tim is going to be working on the part of the bathroom vent that’s outside this week. There’s enough shingles. Watched the memorial tribute to Cicely Tyson tonight on TCM. 🥶😁❤️

Diana, I love your idea of the thought of us "helping" each other with projects! Like Teri helping you with your planting. I would ask for your help with cleaning my house. And I would get Teri to come over to do something about my yard. It would be ideal if Ciecie could do my laundry and hang it out on the line to dry.....aahh.....nice fresh laundry! I would get Nancy to organize my stuff & cut up my veggies. I'd get Jen to instruct my Mom and myself with dancing and maybe walk my dog. I bet Larry would be willing to give it a go to fix the leaking faucet in my sink. And I'm sure USC4valpo would be glad to watch football with my husband. Fun!!:D
Nancy, so good to hear from you! Thanks for updating us and thanks for sharing with us. Neat that you can go to the gym again! Well, here we are with February already. I took in 1790 calories yesterday. No exercise. A nice relaxing day though. Today's Plan: 1200-1400 calories, 2 liters water, veggies, fiber, cal/vit/min supp. |
