Default Lose weight and work at home.

You do not have to go to the gym to lose weight, but you should dedicate space in your home to exercise.
When you work from home, it is important to make time for movement (i.e. walking around the apartment during conference calls, stretching while you cook breakfast or warm up your coffee).
The three primary keys to losing and keeping weight off are good nutrition, exercise, and quality sleep.
Working from home can make losing weight difficult, especially when you do not know how to separate work life from personal life and give yourself a break.

My problem is I lack discipline when I work out from home. At least at the gym seeing all the people around you serious pushes one to join in and do better.
