The most effective method for weight loss for me would be intermittent fasting. I only eat between an eight hour window every day and I exercise 4 times per week. The pounds just started to shed off.

You can use a cup of water and a teaspoon of natural lemon juice every morning before eating
You have to walk an hour in the morning and another hour in the evening.
