I went back and found out what 8 did wrong last year that made give up on breaking the 180s. I STOPPED CHECKING IN WITH YOU.
184.4 today (bra and undies..i had to) but 185.4 otherwise. So yeah that 182.3 seems far away, but i know it's going to happen this time.
I had to eat super early today...and that usually makes it painful...im much better eating a bit later and then fasting remaining of day. Im staying in ketosis despite moving my hours of eating around and THAT is really whittling my waist...
My plan is stick to plain MISO soup and sea weed if I get hungry tonight. I didnt really like my food today.. i ate donuts as well...
I did my morning mini workout again..
TERRI, I think that is cool you mend your leggings.
NANCY, hugs
Diana, we have to be more lenient with ourselves. I also have hand pain. Sometimes I can't type because of it. Most of the time I just ignore it but i understand. It also keeps me from writing...that and fear of failure.
Rachel, sometimes salad sounds good and sometimes it just tastes like bulk. .
Blah it's POURING.

Good afternoon! Got home from my eye doctor appointment a few minutes ago. Going to have cataract surgery in November on my right eye. I did two miles Leslie Sansone before I left for the doctor’s. I power walked and ran errands before and after lunch. I’ll go for another power walk in a few minutes. 😁❤️

Good morning
For exercise, I did yard work and lifted arm weights yesterday. Took in 1300 calories.
Today's plans: 1200-1300 calories, 2 liters water, veggies, fiber, calcium.

Good morning! Dropped another 2 and at 201, almost at the Mendoza line. I made some slight tweaks in my plan, including only one beer a day consistently and staying at or below 2000 calls. It is amazing how weight loss occurs in one big lump. You need to be patient and consistent.

Good Morning, Everyone!
Last night: Basic stretches
This morning: Oxycise
Calories for yesterday: 1010 +
Weigh In: 184.2
Down: 3 pounds
Have a Blessed day, stay safe and healthy!
Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters
September 30
Psalm 27:14
Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.
Kerri wished she could lose weight just a little bit faster. She really didn't have anything to complain about. Since she started her diet, she had consistently lost. There were days, though, when she simply got tired of dieting. She doubted whether she was ever going to lose the weight she wanted to lose. All those times, she turned to God for encouragement. Talking to the Lord always made Kerri feel better. She really believed that He knew what she was going through. If God could be patient with her when she complained about her diet, she figured she could be more patient as she attempted to lose weight.
Today's thought: Without patience, I'll never lose weight!

Diana, WE'RE WEIGHT TWINKIES!! I wi at 184.2 today too! Yes still making progress!
Usc. Great job.. yes we call that a WHOOSH. Alot of times water replaces fat cells because the body likes homeostasis (equilibrium) so after an adjustment period the extra fluid is whooshed out...so i keep seeing a baseball card with your face and MENDOZA LINE ACHIEVED [DATE].
ciecie, hugs, I had a friend that had that done...praying everything is smooth and as if the finger of God did it with a speedy painless recovery
Rachel great job on calories and w/o
NANCY, hoping work is not too stressful
Wow. I can't believe that September is over!!!! I just did some more Christmas shopping. Got kids gaming tablets and beginners guitars. Its hard to explain Santa not getting a 700 dollar gaming pc for them though. They keep asking WHY??? THEY get all kinds of spoiled at dads by Nana and papa. Xbox one large screen smart tvs...blah blah.
Anyway, pen is such a blessing to not stress about dogs running away and they can still have some freedom in a large area.
I was able to do my morning mini workout on the car again while they investigated a squirrel in a nearby tree outside the fence...
Year is almost over...MAIN GOAL. SOLIDLY IN THE 170S.
