Good Morning!
Jen: Thanks for sharing about your pet. It is so painful when you lose an animal or when they are ill... I think it is hard to have a relationship with someone without there being conflicts. It is much easier to love someone from a distance.
Thanks, Diana...
Diet so-so. No exercise. I really need to go out and water. I have lots of things to do. I need to get my act together.

Thanks for all the support!
i have been adding meditation to reduce stress and I think it helps although some on the videos on YouTube can be a little bizarre.
jen, you doing great - it is a wonderful moment when your clothes start to feel a little loose.

Ciecie, forgot what bloodwork you do, Thyroid?
Thanks usc, yes, it motivates me more than losing lbs.
Doing paperwork then going to bed. Kind of aggravated I'm still unsure about TOM. before wedding, during wedding. After wedding GRR!!
I'm wearing a light blue dress with sheer sleeves and small gold star sequins. No forgiveness there...though I did decide to buy period panties (sorry usc). They are different. Maybe easier to keep things discreet. No way I could just use them (nuts).
Anyways, melatonin kicking in...im beat..
I didnt get doggie area done.. it was hard enough to walk the two lug heads in the rain..wS so sure the younger one wS just going to crap in the house but she FINALLY went outside in heavy cold drizzle...thanks for the kind words about my beloved pets. These girls are snoring now...

Good morning
Took in 1410 calories yesterday and met my other goals, except for lifting leg curls. I did get the chest press done though.
Today's goals: 1300-1500 calories, 2 liters water, veggies, fiber, calcium, leg curl weights.

Good Morning!
Hi!
I did some gardening yesterday. I went out and spaded/weeded for about 30 minutes twice. I am trying to get rid of some bellflower like flowers, 1 1/2 foot tall, purple bell shape flowers with invasive roots like a carrot. It is very difficult to get rid of when it is in the sun...It takes over everything. I have dug this out before...
Diet so-so. I have been having tortilla with kielbasa. It just occurred to me that I could just an inch or half inch and add it to egg whites...

Hebrews 10:23
Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised).
Kelly believed God would help her. At least, she wanted to believe that God would help. Sometimes she wasn't so sure. She'd begin to doubt, then fear would set in, and she'd comfort herself with a bowl of ice cream or a chocolate bar. Then she'd get mad at herself, she'd pray for help once more, and the whole cycle would start again. If only she could stay convinced that God was with her to give her strength. Kelly knew it wasn't God's fault that she kept giving in. It was her own wavering. Perhaps Kelly's prayer should have been for strength of faith, rather than strength of diet will-power.
Today's thought: I don't think God will help me lose weight; I know it!
