newbie needs help

I'm attempting the sugar busters diet. I have read the book(so boring) but am moving to a new house. It's in a box somewhere, LOL. I wanted to run my daily food intake(today) by everyone. Can you please let me know if I'm on the right track?

After excercising: 24 ounces of water

Breakfast:
2 cups decaf coffee w/ splenda and skim milk
1 scrambled egg w/ deli ham(no sugar added) and cheddar cheese.
small glass of "light" cranberry juice, no sugar added

Snack:
a couple celery sticks with cream cheese
a handful of radishes
a handful of cucumber slices
Propel water, 32oz, 4 sugars total

Lunch:
Sonic bacon cheeseburger w/o buns
Diet coke

Snack:
cantelope
propel water, 16 oz, 2 sugars total

Dinner:

Chef style salad. Mixed greens with cheddar cheese, turkey, a few carrot slivers, cucumbers, radishes, walnuts, celery, and ranch dressing.

How does that look? Should/could I add more fruits?

JENN.. I don't know anything about Sugarbuster Diet but it looks good to me.
I imagine it is a lot like low carb.
Keep up the good work

Jen:

Scroll down on the menu a ways past the general section and there is a Sugar Buster section and I am sure they can tell you everything you need to know.
