Default how hard it is to lose weight

When people learn how much weight I've lost in the past year, they sometimes remark how hard it must have been.

Default obesity

Obesity is a societal and environmental problem, not an individual one

Default lost weight idea

Of course, it's one thing to be intellectually aware of the large-scale causes of obesity; it was quite another for me to actually believe my weight wasn't fundamentally my fault.

Default Good morning

LazyBiohackers, welcome to our group!!

Yangtzer Gangster, I was surprised to find out that each ankle weight only weighs about 2 1/2 pounds. I thought each one was about 5 pounds each! Regardless, they DO help give a better workout.

Yesterday I took in 1270 calories. Did not meet my exercise goals. Made fresh salad bowl yesterday to last about 5-6 days.

Today's goals:
NS Plan, 2 liters water, veggies, fiber, calcium, treadmill with ankle weights and stretching.

Good Morning!

Welcome Nanotech and Lazy Biohackers! Hope you have lots of success here.

Rachel: What do you put in your salad and what do you use for dressing?

I biked 30 and walked 20 minutes, and I filled up another bucket with weeds...Yesterday was a beautiful day for gardening. Diet was okay. I consumed a half a sundae. Again, I need to be careful around chocolate cheerios and rice krispie treats... I am happy to report that I am at a 26.7 lb wt. loss. I have 11 days left to reach my monthly goal...

I think I need to drink more water and eat more vegetables...I finished off my second lb. of meatloaf. This time I froze the sliced meatloaf in baggies. I was able to break up the meatloaf slices into snacker size servings without thawing. It is still too tempting to eat meatloaf everyday....

I saw that someone locally is training dogs to sniff out corona virus. I wonder if GrannyNancy is doing that with her dogs...I think if was GrannyNancy that did dog training...I hope that the people who have left here are keeping the weight off.

Happy Hump Day...

Rachel1234..thats nice size ankle weight. how do you feel when you take them off? haha

Jaimsy..how have you been? how was your weekly average last week?

ciecie..my record is 3 power walks in one day, morning, midday and evening, haha. Hbu?

Princessroja..hang in there, the scale will come down very soon. your explaination about different dance styles makes a lot of sense what's your favorite style to teach then?

Diana3271..good job for staying consistent with diet and exercise. do you keep searching for new workouts on youtube or just stick with your favorite ones?

Teri000..congrats on the 26.7 lb and not the whole sundae, haha. station bike vs real bike, which one you like better?

Usc4valpo..good job being active this week. do you have many walking trials nearby?

nancylmrn..my doctors appointment was a real one. I was there on time but they were very slow. I was not comfortable cramping in the waiting room after 30min and then rescheduled.
everyone was wearing mask and kept social distance tho. I guess this is the new normal. did you like the zoom meeting with your doc?

Pixel..good job on 1/3 of a teaspoon of cake,LoL. did you make the birthday cake?

Nanotech,
Amanda_joy
and Lazy Biohackers
..Welcome...

Yes, I knew dinner would be earlier so I knew I didn't need as much. Also, I wanted to make sure I got the yogurt in and I have also been putting a fiber and probiotic in my yogurt for the last few months. This is a bit expensive but it is a way to get everything at one time: https://www.vitacost.com/garden-of-l...ion-20-packets I was taking Citrucel but the hard tablets was triggering acid reflux.
