Happy February! Thank you Diana for being so organised.

Soooo funny that you beat yourself up for thinking about eating forbidden foods lol!!!

Today - 70.9kg (same)

We are off for an event now, hotel dinner followed by hotel buffet breakfast and lunch! I won't lie, I've already promised my tummy deliciousness, but will try to limit the amount. No scales so no weigh in tomorrow but hope to pick it up Monday.

Oh, and also it's a four hour drive each way (with toddler) so having to seriously think about road trip snacks to avoid service station temptation and stress eating!

Default Good morning

It's a brand new month! I took in 1310 calories yesterday. I did not get weights lifted; hopefully today I will. I plan to be at my parents' today cleaning.....I guess that counts too for activity!

Jaimsy, your road trip and event sound like fun.

Today's plan: 1200-1300 calories, 2 liters water, veggies, fiber, calcium.

Default February 2020

GOOD MORNING!

Diana: Thanks for beginning a new thread. Grateful that you are here for us.

Pixel: Wow! 16 hours without eating every day. I am impressed.

Nancy, Rachel, Jaimse: I really love pizza, but I think I should not buy the slices from the deli again. I don't know the calories. The slices were not big and did not have a lot of cheese on it, but it seemed really salty and maybe a lot of butter on the crust. There's a frozen chicken pizza I like that has multigrain crust and 250-300 calories depending on how big of slice you cut.

Rachel: My boy cat went up to my girl and started licking her face...Then he licked her ears...Then he pinched her on the neck! Later, he did the same thing with her hip! I am reading about curbing aggression in cats.

I had an off food day two days ago...I lost track of the food, except I do remember eating 2 slices of pizza. And yesterday, I did not work out at all. Oh, well.

I got up and biked this am. I am at 18.1 pound weight loss. I lost 5 pounds in January. My goal was just 2 pounds, so I am very pleased. I am setting another 2 pound goal.

This am, I had a small salad, a small bowl of cereal with almond milk, 3 dk. chocolate covered almonds, and a cup of hot cider with cinnamon. I think I did 11 hours last night without eating. I think anything 8 hours or more is pretty amazing for me.

Happy New Month!

Good Morning, Everyone! Happy Weekend!

Welcome back, everyone!

I was able to get some rest last night and slept in a bit this morning.

Last night: Basic stretches
This morning: Oxycise

Calories for yesterday: 1540 +
Weigh In: 191
Down: 2.4 pounds (I remember when I first started taking the meds for the flu I felt very swollen and bloated. This may be some of that coming off. Will it stick? I don't know, but right now I am owning it. )

Have a Blessed day and a great start to your weekend!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

February 1

1 John 2:1
My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.

'I can't win,' the woman lamented. 'I give in and eat something, and then I feel guilty. When I feel guilty, I eat. The more I eat, the guiltier I feel, and the guiltier I feel, the more I eat!' Sometimes we feel like failures when we break our diets. We can be swept up in a sense of guilt that makes it nearly impossible for us to stick to our diet. The solution to guilt is forgiveness, and forgiveness comes to us through our advocate, Jesus Christ the righteous. Jesus knows that we sometimes give in, and He loves us just the same. Accept His love, accept His forgiveness, and let go of any guilt you may feel.

Today's thought: I am not condemned just because I sometimes slip!

Yeah WI was down 1.4 but still not back to that '5lb' mark. In the meeting this kind of negative thoughts are not helping. I should be focusing on they yeah there was a loss not that I am not what I was. So I am going to really try to focus on self positive thinking

Thanks chicks for hanging in there with me

Today has sucked. I've not cheated, but UGH. I made my kids a cake they've been asking for all week.
Psychologically, this is really hard. Physically, I'm mostly fine and not actually hungry. I just adore sweet things. 2 weeks without sugar down, who knows how many more.
1300 calories today because I needed a break from the same thing I've had all week. I find my food groove and generally just have the same things day in, day out with minor tweaks if I'm hungrier.

Diana3271 - Thank you for the new thread and congrats on your 2.4 loss
Jaimsy - safe travels and enjoy your free day!
Teri000 - It's not so bad, it saves me from an extra meal or snack to prepare and a bit of cash too lol a huge congrats to you on an 18 pound loss!!!
nancylmrn - It's really hard, I'm with you
ciecie - Have a great walk

Default Hi

So glad it is a new month for a new me.

Was rampantly out of control yesterday with bakery and ice cream.

Today so far much better.
(Still time to wreck up,

Lots of exercise. Pickleball at 6 am. Bootcamp at 7:45 then and exercise class at 9:15 am a fellow sax player has tried to get me to go to for months. And then 2 hours of pickleball again. And I am bowling (and drinking) tonight.

That exercise class turned out to be a dance class. Ughh! I like swing dancing but ballet brings back terrible memories as a kid. Was forced to take it for 5 years and hateved everry minute of it. Much rather play a sport.

Hope still to stay under 1500 cal today.

My post of yesterday did not seem to go through

Goal is be below 140 at my bday on March 6.

Game on.

Personals tomorrow.
