Good afternoon to all
WI was a nice suprise this am after eating fresh crab (sodium bomb) and some wine last night, 163.2 now if I could just get in one more like that between now and Saturday morning this girl will be doing some crazy happy dancing
WO, Well last night I had the wine, which made me sleepy and sent me to bed by 8pm (I know right????) Which made me wake way too early, so I got up at 4:30am after fighting it for about an hour. Went to the gym and the parking lot was packed! What???? then duh, 1st of the year new resolutions. I give'em about a month and we will see who is left
Teri000 whoop whoop whoop whoop....doing a happy dance for you and your loss ciecie, you have huge project going, keep smiling! Muse, can't wait for you to check back in with your progress at the end of the month Diana, your weight is falling off from the holidays...I see 189 soon! Rachel oh my would you look at the average calories for you....woza way to go girl---sending you a jumping high five granny, you seem to be back on track..we both know what it takes but the execution is my downfall. but after my ww meeting I was talking with DH and our weekend habits and eating out is a trigger for me, so we have decided to allow 1 meal out on weekends but the money we would normally spend we are going to use it to treat ourselves (like this weekend) to fresh crab legs which we both enjoy! for the same cost of a meal out.
Yesterday 712 cal. Fasted until evening. Still ate more junk than I wanted. Leftover from the holidays.
Today is another day.
Did not eat well over the weekend.
Knee is pretty swollen, so am going to just try some weight lifting today.
Goal is to average less than 1200 cal per day for the week.
The weekend got away from me. Was on track yesterday and will be today as well. Got in 2 miles before the rain started. Need to get new rain pants. The expensive Marmot ones suck and DH tore the crotch out of the frogg toggs. Coming back for personals after I do my weight training.

Teri, way to go on your weight loss! You're doing it .
Nancy, thank you! I get such a kick out of you. I've never been given a High-5 like that before . Cool beans.
I got into some baked goods I'd gotten as a gift which were being kept in my basement freezer to save for future entertaining. So that hiked up my calories yesterday to 1462. It was in moderation, but did hike up my count.
Nancy: Nice when you eat out and get a nice weigh-in! Hope the dinner was good!
GranNan: I know that feeling of not wanting to weigh in...
Zallie: Knee problems are a bummer. Not like you can do without a knee...
Muse: Sometimes, I find dieting works better if I add something...like adding a salad or a veggie...See you in February...
Rachel: Great control with the desserts! Dogs were fighting this am and new kitty went after alpha dog...that is very brave...
Wt. back up to a 13.2 loss. Well, sometimes it takes a bit for a weight loss to stick...I stopped at Arbys and got a snacker roast beef and a small milkshake... I biked last night and did part of the exercises. I just need to do some weight-lifting this am. I don't know why I did not do it this last night...I need to make a salad. I am feeling really stiff. My feet hurt. I don't like that. Maybe I consumed too much salt.
Teri Great job on your progress. I agree with it taking time to stick. I have that, especially when I have a larger loss.
Last night: Basic stretches
This morning: Oxycise
Calories for yesterday: 1535 +
Weigh In: 192.6
Down: .2
Have a Blessed day!

Ephesians 2:13
But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
A friend of mine who was dangerously overweight lamented to me once that she was 'so fat that God wouldn't even recognize me as the person He created.' She felt that her weight problems had driven a wedge between her and God. How sad. Nothing that we do ever really separates us from God, but when we feel badly about ourselves, we feel we are unlovable, even by God. It is important that we see ourselves as good people. God loves us no matter how we look, but He is delighted with us when we take pride in who He created us to be. God will bless our efforts, so we need to draw as close to Him as possible as we attempt to diet.
Good morning to all the great looking chickies who grace this thread!
WI down a bit more today 162.6, sheesh will it hold long enough to get me to a loss on Saturday?????
WO was fine I am doing more cardio than weight training until my right knee decideds it likes me again.
granny, I work with a crews who spends thier days outside in the rain (yes I know it rains in my neck of the woods go figure???) They wear rain gear (bib type) from carhart you might want to look into them to stay dry and warm. Teri, I think you have your hands full with your furry friends LOL Your descriptions of them make me chuckle Rachel I will give your all the jumping High Fives that my knee allows....anything for you my chickie
