Can you say binge-o-mania.....please let Halloween be done with soon. I think I ate 8 mini candy bars last night
NO WI this am or tomorrow
No WO today, felt horrible could have been all that sugar but work up in the wee hours hot then cold so think I may be getting a cold so stayed away from the gym this am.

well meals are planned but trick or treat is not. I am so struggling with this, and I normal can go months and months without any type of candy

ok back later going to drink my cup of coffee then head out to work

good evening! halloween has come and gone for another year. i'll be heading downstairs in a few minutes. trick or treating was 6 to 8 this year. did 2 miles leslie sansone this morning before i left for work. power walked and ran errands during my lunch break. 1 mile leslie sansone after i got home. had intended to power walk to church tonight but got a ride both ways from one of the members of my church. took my supper up to my bedroom. turned on the tv. my fitness goals for today have been attained.

Hi Everyone!

My breakfast and lunch was my normal food and calories. Dinner was fair food. I did eat less than last year and previous years. I might go on and bite the bullet and weigh in tomorrow. My last weigh in was 189.4. Since then I have had a binge, DH's birthday at the Japanese place and the fair. I feel really swollen, like I am up 10 pounds. I need to get back on plan and stay there. We are having our Thanksgiving at church on Nov 10. I think I am going to make myself a salad and then have turkey as my protein. Maybe I will bring myself some fruit and just avoid the dessert table all together. Then on the 19th is DH's and my 31st anniversary. After that is Thanksgiving. Right now, my plan is to stay on plan for the next 10 days and to get daily workouts in. Focus on one day, one meal at a time. Also, no workout for today. The only thing I did was walking at the fair.

For all who are struggling. Hang in there and keep trying.
