Good Morning, Everyone!

Last night: Full Body Stretch and some stretches from the Dr.
This morning: Oxycise

Calories for yesterday: 1515 +
Weigh In Saturday

Have a Blessed Day!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters
July 11

1 Corinthians 7:17
But as God hath distributed to every man, as the Lord hath called every one, so let him walk. . .

Karen got so angry. Her friend Angie had started her diet at the same time Karen began. They had shopped together, eaten to-gether, exercised together, but Angie had lost seven pounds more. It wasn't fair. What was the use of dieting when she couldn't lose weight as fast as her friend? She put forth the same effort, but got less reward. God has made each of His children differently. No two are exactly alike. We are called by God to do our best with what we are given. We may not have the same results on our diet that others have on theirs, but that's okay. God will bless us for what we do and that's what really counts.

Today's thought: God will help me lose my weight without losing my mind!

Praying for your DD.

Good morning to all
WI not good, 1 bloody mary and my weight jumped 1.4 lb over night. I keep telling myself this is all water but the water keeps hanging on so I really need to go back to the basics of ww....I have really not been good with it the last 3 or 4 weeks
WO not good either, my arthritis in my left thumb is making it difficult to hold the weights so may need to find another way to do lifting.

Thank you all for the birthday wishes, so my goal for this year is to get my weight below 150 and hopefully 145.0..This may not seem like a lot but it is a struggle every day for me.

flower post your accountability and don't worry about personals
granny, prayers going your way for DD1
zallie, you are not falling apart you just have to readjust how things are done LOL.....
Rachel, great job staying in your calorie goal
nutra, welcome

Zallie, Diana, Nancy L, Rachel Thanks for the messages. I am grateful to be back posting accountability. I know it HAS to help. Have been increasingly out of control for 3 months.

Grannynancy Prayers for DD1. May the doctors diagnose and treat whatever this is. May her recovery be full and complete.

Today's projected calories
Coffee 300
B TJs turkey Jerky 240
S Peaches 220
L Tuna with Lemonaise and green goddess low cal dressing, with cucumber slices 220
D Salad with low fat feta, low cal blue cheese dressing and green goddess dressing 270
projected total 1250

Does anyone know of a good low calorie mayonnaise that is not high in sucrose or other sweetener?

I hope everyone has a great day. And I am beyond grateful to be back <3

Nancy L Happy belated birthday. Hope it was a good one. Sorry you are dealing with arthritis. And fluid retention.

Diana and Ciecie

Today was great for calories. I got a late start eating breakfast because a friend was visiting. She did not want to eat. My friend was visiting from west coast. She has not seen me in more than a year. Normally she says I am quite thin. Today I asked her if I am fat. She said just a little bit. Holy moly. I have not heard those words in more than a decade. I questioned her more and she said it was in my gut. Whew, I can handle that pretty quickly. I need to reestablish a eating pattern that is under control. 3 months is a long time to have diverted. I can and will do this!! And I will lose what I gained.

Coffee: 200
B: TJ's turkey jerky 240
S: Watermelon 200
L: Tuna with lemonaise lite, TJs low calorie green goddess salad dressing, onion on cucumber slices 270
D: Salad w/ grated carrots, onion, 6 sugar snap peas, cucumber and lettuce with LF feta, low cal dressing 190
total for day 1100
If I can continue like this I will be so happy.
Hoping everyone has a great Friday <3

Good Morning, Everyone! Happy Weekend!

Today is my early day, but I overslept. I am exhausted!

Flower You can and you will. And you will get to a more peaceful place.

Last night: Full Body Stretch and some stretches from the Dr.
This morning: Oxycise

Calories for yesterday: 1515 +
Weigh In Saturday

Have a Blessed Day and a great start to your weekend!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters
July 12

Galatians 1:10
For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for it I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.

Granny wanted Ellen to lose weight. She used to offer her bribes all the time, to encourage her. The problem was, no matter how much weight Ellen lost, her grandmother wanted her to lose more. There was just no pleasing her. Instead of helping Ellen lose weight, Granny just made her more frustrated and discouraged. It wasn't until Ellen decided she wanted to lose weight for herself that it really worked for her. She prayed for God's help, and He delivered. Doing it for Granny wasn't enough, doing it for God and herself made it all worthwhile.

Today's thought: The more I care, the less I weigh!

Good morning/afternoon to all
WI still in the danger zone....156.8 But I am working towards eating cleaner (not that I don't haha) But the road back to non processed snacks it hard.
WO well I changed things up today and I think I will like it. 10 min burst on elliptical to warm up and push myself, then my planks - 3 sets of 45 seconds with stretching between sets, 10 min running on treadmill, then moved to lower body free weights 2 sets, 15 reps, 5 movements, then walking cooling down - did not feel like doing another 10 min cardio.

Today's meals are mostely planned, my dinner is still up in the air and I did not plan ahead and defrost any chicken. I may just stop on my way home and pick up a roasted one from Costco.

flower what do you use in your coffee to up the calories??

No workout to report, but I am very close to my step goal and I plan to get there before bed. I had a major update on my phone Sunday. The step tracker seemed off since then (there was also an update on the step tracker, too). Funny enough there was an additional update on the tracker this week. Now it seems better at tracking than it did earlier in the week.

Have a Blessed evening!

Hi all
Diana thank you for the encouraging words.

Nancy L Great that you are eating more clean snacks. Did you get the costco rotisserie chicken? Did you know they sell de-boned skinned rotisserie chicken pieces now? Its in a plastic bag that I think is vacuum packed. Looked very good. You wanted to know what I have in my coffee that increases the calories. Either trader Joe's refrigerated creamer 5 calories per T. Or powdered coffee creamer 10 calories per tsp. That one is really unhealthy.

Today I succumbed. I got in that old trap mindset of knowing that my stomach was smaller. So fear was not a motivator. I started off fine. Then I wanted carrot cake. Instead of I got TJ's heavily seasoned barbecue pop ridge chips. Then, of course I still wanted the carrot cake. So I went and got it. Damn that inner food demon, lol. I will lose this weight. I am determined. I will lose this weight !!!

Coffee 150
Turkey jerky 240
Peaches 210
Popchips 390
Cake 600???
salad (lettuce carrot 6 sugar snap peas, cucumber, onion. With 1/2 T sesame oil, coconut aminos and lemon. 170
Total for day 1760 ugh

my food strategy will be challenged tomorrow because I have to be out and about in stores early. Excited that there is free document shredding tomorrow. Just have to get there early. Going to have decades old bank statements and tax returns shredded. They have lived in cartons in my garage since the mid 1990s.
Hope everyone has a great Saturday

I want to advise a wonderful recipe for making bread. If you like to cook, you can easily cook it yourself.

club.cooking/recipe/keto-zucchini-bread/

Try it and not regret it.
