Hi Everyone!

I had an extremely frustrating day. In fact, it's so frustrating that I don't want to talk about it because I don't want to relive it. LOL Gotta have a sense of humor about it all. Also, it was a huge challenge to get a workout in. But I went to the gym before church.

Food is the same as usual but for dinner I had salad w/grilled salmon & BHF's ranch
Total calories 1515 +

Exercise: 30 minutes treadmill <---I felt a huge sense of accomplishment to get that done.

Have a Blessed evening!

Good evening! My brother, sister and I got an issue settled with the priest at dadís church today. When my sister met with him and his wife to discuss the music, gospel and scripture readings. We wanted my dadís favorite song, Oh What A Beautiful Morning, as part of the service. His wife bawked about it. He said that they couldnít do it. We turned it over to my brother. He got that settled today. Itís a good thing he did as I wouldnít have been very nice about it. Andyís best friendís wife is going to play Oh What A Beautiful Morning on her flute.

Hello!

I made an entry a day ago, but it did not go through. I think this sometimes happens if someone else is doing the same thing...

CieCie: I like that song from Oklahome too...I really enjoy musicals. Hope you are doing well.

Diana: Tomorrow is a new day...It's hard when things don't go your way...

I slipped up big and bought a half dozen asiago bagels and some ice cream bars. I do much better if I just buy one...even though it costs more that way. I am not getting any gardening done. I step outside and then the heat stops me. The deer ate my tomatoes (again). I adjusted the netting. Oh, I have 3 cukes from the garden. They taste great. I picked up corn and peaches at a farm...The corn is so good...

TODO:

1) food mover

2) exercise

3) gardening

4) sorting

Good evening! It was a busy and sad day today. The service was beautiful. My brother and sister-in-law left to go home late this afternoon. They flew home. They have an obligation for Sunday afternoon. ,
My nephew and niece have a golf tournament on Sunday. Caleb and Chelsea didnít come because theyíve got an elderly dog. Caleb and Chelsea took care of Jeter. Danaís mom and dad came and stayed with Caleb and Chelsea. The kids are 13 and 11.
