Jen, that is wonderful! I have even had immediate follow ups [biopsies, ultrasounds] for things that wound up being benign cysts which they would have done had they thought anything about what they saw on your scan.

Jen - I am happy everything is good!

Rosalina -

So I don't think OMAD will work for me; I seem to over-indulge to the point I feel sick and have a pounding headache.. I will experiment with it more later.
Today is an ADF fasting day. Had my morning coffee with half & half and sugar free whipped cream. Drinking lots of water, eating some mints, chewing some gum... I have a frozen stuffed pepper for later if I absolutely need it, which is 140 cal.

Happy Friday!

Hi Everyone!

On Saturdays, I am going to start eating my own meals again. The last few weeks I have been eating the same meal as what I fix for my DH. While this is convenient it's not what's best for me. It's really hard for me to eat very small portions of higher calorie meals. I do better with a larger portion of healthier/lower calorie meal. Also, I need to stop sharing the piece of cake with my DH. I noticed that they have started putting the calories on the box that the piece of cake comes in. I underestimated the calories a couple of times. I need to stick with fruit, yogurt, single service ice cream pops or something like that.

Total Approx 1495 calories +

Breakfast ( 400 calories & )
Frittata
spritz olive oil in pan
2 large eggs 140 calories
veggies 60
14 g. shredded cheese 50 calories
1 piece thin sliced bread toasted 60 calories
Fruit spread 30 calories
juice equivalent to 60 calories
coffee w/cream & sugar

Lunch (415 Calories)
2 pieces thin sliced bread 120 calories
Smoked Turkey Breast 50 calories
Laughing Cow spreadable cheese wedge 35 calories
Siggi's vanilla yogurt 110 calories
Apple 100 calories

Dinner (680 Calories)
2 coconut fried shrimp 180 calories
2 servings steamed veggies 200 calories
6 ounce sirloin 300 caloires

Exercise:
TF Fire 45 EZ and 10,000 steps

Have a Blessed evening!

Hello all so after the mini breakthrough regarding Seth's name, I found out ex new job put him on same weekends he's supposed to have boys, so he asked to switch it up and I obliged. They left tonight...I miss them already it will kind of suck to have them same weekends I work if I end up having to do weekends again but at least they can be with me whereas, he wouldn't see them much if at all if we kept it status quo. Still a little mad...

good news though that my ds3 is back home!! I got to video chat him with the boys...he's so cute...I miss his silly smile. God help that boy stay out of trouble!

Granny that makes me feel so much better!

Nancy, lol. .I felt like joking and in the precarious poses I said "this is not what I thought the modeling agency had in mind" the lady was great though...the very pregnant doctor was very nice too.

ciecie, I'm failing miserably with exercise. You just might have inspired me to run away and walk somewhere...scared to go alone though...

Emily, you are doing great with adf. Don't feel bad you have to know your own limitations...if omad doesn't feel right don't do it...

Diana, I can understand that too. I struggle with the kids breakfasts.

Rachel, ya that is me everyday. I'm such a slacktard.
well, goodnight all.

Jen. Glad everything went well with the mammo. Whew, you must be so relieved

hi everyone else. Feeling a bit green tonight so this will be short. Will do personals tomorrow. Although I read posts .
my success was in not having sugar again today. I planned to have vegan puffs of bambas. So I stayed on plan. Even though there were Bamba involved. Bamba are peanut butter coated puffs

coffee 200
bamba 480
coq au vin : Chicken, carrot, onion cabbage green bean, 1/4 c wine, powdered bone broth and better than bullion 400?
Salad 1 oz low calorie feta, 2T BHF dressing and vegetables 200
frozen lemon protein thing 30
total 1300
now going to make and drink slippery elm sludge, from powdered slippery elm. hoping it will help me stomach. Often it does.
hoping everyone has a great Saturday.

Well, what do you know. Dinner out and a loss of 600g (1.3 pounds). In the end we couldn't get into the dim sum place so I had a chicken burger with pesto and camembert and a few chips (fries, I guess to most of you). I also had a few glasses of wine. It was the only thing I ate yesterday, though. So a total of 2.9kgs down (6.3 pounds). I've lost three days in a row though, so I'll be interested to see if I keep to my pattern which is about 3 losses and then 2 small gains, then 3 losses etc. Helps to know it will go down again!

Hope everyone is having a good Saturday!

Default Good morning!

Jendiet, awesome news on the mammogram!! I'm so grateful

Nancylmrn, had to chuckle at your comparison of the mammogram to the frig door

Diana, maybe for snacks you can get some of those "frozen lemon protein things" that Flower123 gets

Flower123, I'm curious about those vegan puffs too. Do you buy or make them? What are they exactly?

Meeting yesterday's goals went well. Am feeling more focused.

Today's plan: , fiber, sit-ups & stretching, 2 liters water, 1200.

Thinking about you all! And thanking you for being there!
