You can find some excellent produce for losing weight at the supermarket. I recommend spinach, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, avocado, berries, and mango. I would also recommend nuts, seeds, beans, eggs, fish, and quinoa.

This seems a very good way. But it's hardly going to work with me, I've tried something like that!

No product is suitable for weight loss. Supplements can support your body when you lack vitamins or when you lack energy. Set your goal, set the daily goal, diet plan and menu is a very good start. I think that if you can not organize yourself, get help from a dietitian good luck

The theory it's quite simple, according to your curent age, gender and activity level you need to calculate how many calories do you need to get into a caloric deficit. After that just sticking to whole, unproccesed foods like vaggies, fruits, meat, nuts, oats will get you on the right track, you can find a lot of tasty recepies on youtube, blog posts etc. from wich you can choose depending on what are your prefferd foods ( myself i basicly like everything besides FISH, wich i can't stand, the smell and teste it just makes me sick). Also, there are foods wich a more calorie dense then others, like berries have almost half the calories than bananas for example, so you might check some calorie charts when building up your diet, you can eat the same quantity and get even in a bigger caloric deficit. Another advise will be to avoid carbohidrates later on the day as you don't really need energy when you just sit around the house or prepare for sleep. I hope this answer helped!

This is absolutely true. But it takes a long time. I don't have this time!

If you don't have time to count calories or learn recipes, you can still eat healthy foods. There are many healthy foods that take little or no time to prepare.

Here are a few examples that you can easily find in supermarkets, and take less than 20 seconds of work to prepare:
Frozen vegetables. Pour into a bowl and microwave.
Canned fish. Open the can and eat.
Pre-peeled eggs. Open the bag and take out an egg.
Nuts. Open the bag (or jar) and pour a few into your hand.

I use a product because it speeds up your metabolism and does not make you feel hungry!

The problem with weight loss products are many. Most of them don't work, and many of them are unsafe or have nasty side effects. Besides that, if you lose weight using a weight loss product, the odds are VERY HIGH that you will just gain the weight right back when you stop using the product, anyway.

Why don't you tell us a little bit about yourself and WHY you feel you need to lose weight quickly, what you've tried before, and why you think it won't work to just eat healthier (which is the only proven way to lose weight in a healthy, long term way).

It sounds to me like you are willing to sacrifice your health in order to get a quick fix of a fast drop of a few pounds. No one here wants to help you hurt yourself, so we are trying to give advice that will actually help you.

If you have really seriously tried a healthy diet with balanced macros and a calorie deficit and DIDN'T lose weight, then you may have a hormonal imbalance, and I would suggest seeing a doctor and getting your bloodwork checked. Some medications may help balance your hormones to make it easier to lose weight if you have certain conditions.
