Trying to lose weight after tubal ligation

I eat healthy and exercise daily. All I want to lose is 10 pounds! I take vitamins and glutamine every day. A few times out of the week I take a shot of Apple cider vinegar. Ever since I had my tubal ligation. Nothing has worked !!!! I had my procedure about 2 months ago. Been feeling bloated , moody and tired ever since ! What should I do ??
