the best diet
hi everyone I wanna know what diet are you using to lose weight if you are not using diet which type of bills can help i used a lot without any result
your answer can help |
Emma, I think the best diet is the one that works for YOU and that may take trial and error on your part. There are many good plans out there and it seems the most successful are those that have you changing your relationship with food
I finally found bright line eating and did it with no more than the cost of the book (you can google "bright line eating" if interested and lost 130lbs in about a year and a half and am terribly pleased. Others do weight watchers, or ideal protein or keto or whatever. Because it worked for me does not mean it will appeal to you but it is one of many options. To me the plan that works best is the one you can see yourself STICKING WITH for the rest of your life. |

No. The pills are looking for magic. I am 63 years old and AFTER menopause which makes weight loss much harder than when young. A simple plan of cutting sugar and flour and preplanning meals worked for me. Weight Watchers works for many because it makes you plan and control. Other plans like keto etc. limit the foods that cause sugar spikes and fuel your hunger. You CAN do this and it DOES work. You say you are trying hard with no result. What actually are you doing? What do your calories and carbs and protein and fat look like on a daily basis? Are you getting enough sleep? Enough water? etc. What times of day are you eating?

There's no single diet that's best for everyone, because some people have intolerances or medical conditions that require them to avoid certain foods.
I think for most people, the Mediterranean diet is good. The DASH diet and the MIND diet are also good. These three diets are similar to each other, and involve eating real foods, and don't have any extreme restrictions, so they're easy to follow. I don't follow any specific diet, but my diet is similar to the Mediterranean diet, with some changes to fit my taste. There are some diets that encourage eating things like bars and shakes, and other processed foods, but I don't recommend those diets. I think when you start dieting, you should focus on learning about nutrition, and how to eat real foods. |
Have a high-protein breakfast.
Stay away from sugary beverages and organic product juice. Drink water a half hour before dinners. Pick weight reduction agreeable nourishments (see list). Eat dissolvable fiber. Drink espresso or tea. Eat for the most part entire, natural sustenances. Eat your nourishment gradually. |

I just read that when your liver has a build up of toxins, it's very hard to lose weight. I think that's my problem so, I ordered this detox with red tea I keep hearing about. I've only done it for a day so far but I'm hopeful their claims ring true for me! I read about it at weightlossdetoxtips.wordpress.com in case you'd like to read about it too. Anyway, hope this helps :) |
