Olive Garden on Phase 1
We will be eating at Olive Garden for a family members birthday this week. I know to stay away from the obvious bread, pasta,cheese,ect but question about the salad with the standard Olive Garden dressing on it? Also any recommendations for main course for a Phase 1 dieter?

I looked up Olive Garden dressing. It looks a little bit unhealthy, but not terrible. It's high in sodium, and contains a small amount of high fructose corn syrup. If the salad comes with croutons, I'd suggest asking them to leave them out.
I didn't look at the menu, but something with vegetables and fish or chicken would probably be a good choice. |
