Midsection fat is the most unsafe fat in your body, connected to numerous illnesses. Be that as it may, remember that I'm not discussing stomach practices here. unlimited measures of abdominal muscle activities won't influence you to lose fat from the paunch.

I'm just stuck at right around 295 give or take a couple of pounds, for a long time.It is better than my peak of 340, but not where I want to be either !

i really feel that my 55 year old body is dictating to me that 340 was too much and 183 is crazy and 220 is not really going to happen, and maybe you can to a BMI around 35 and a weight of about 260, and that's about the best you'll ever achieve.

it is natural to gain weight as you age, sorta inevitable , really !

How many women about 45-55 years old have a tighter body than their 20-25 year old daughter ? I'd say 1-2 %, if that

Frank, if you think it inevitable you can use that excuse for yourself.

For anyone else reading this, it is NOT. It requires discipline. Hard work. Finding the plan that works for you. and it IS possible. I did not think it would be but it was and I find it is worth it.
