Default Hi Everybody..!!! 😊👋👋👋

Hi, I'm Penny a.k.a. SkinnyBlonde62 😃 and I just wanted to introduce myself to y'all. I'm currently living smack in the center of Mexico in the City of Aguascalientes, population 1,000,000 plus. It's quite a challenge here sometimes to get stuff used in recipes here, so, I have to resort to scouring the Internet for substitutes or come up with ideas of how to make my own. I'd really appreciate your friendship and support in my weight loss journey and your advice.

I'm a newbie starting this Friday on Atkins diet and, I was wondering...If I use the recipes suggested on this site (you know, the ones that have ideas for 3 meals and a snack)...Will following those recipes integrated within a menu, save me the hassle of counting out the correct portions of food and therefore; result in the correct ratios for fats, carbs, and protein macros..(micronutrients)..??? How do y'all calculate/plan/then do meal prep..??? I'd really appreciate your help with this. It seems overwhelming.😔
