Good morning, all! I am SLAYING the workouts and am very proud of myself! I had three high days in a row though of like 1800 calories and I have to remember that I can SO EASILY negate my hardwork in the gym with slack in the kitchen. I did really well yesterday and was under and mealprepped like crazy. I am determined to keep going.

Jen I think you are doing awesome and the scale is really moving for you! Just think back to where you were this summer. I remember ya know You are doing so good. Keeping an eye on insulin levels are good to you test regularly? Are you having your A1C checked?
NorthernChick13....SLAYING the workouts...what a great attitude for staying focused. I know I try to plan all my meals, when I don't I slide too easy into the quick, easy and so unhealthy food choices.
Diana, My DH and I celebrated 22 years this past April and this is my second marriage. What a difference it has made in my life. My first lasted 16 years and each year seemed to take so LONG...then after my (might add incredibly painful) divorce a few years later I met my current spouse and years have flown by!
ciecie, give your dad a few more hugs from his 'fan' club here
granny, I can so feel the frustration, today was my day 3 at the same weight and I know I am doing everything right yet nothing happens then when I see a dip in the scale or my body functioning as I think it should I am almost disappointed ….what is wrong with me?

Ciecie, dang...I'm going to see if my full boys want to play on their ride arounds while i walk up and down the street

Nancy, actually not a diabetic but I know I've been camping in the prediabetic stage for a while. I'm glad your second marriage is fulfilling...

northern chik, Nancy also gets those weight workouts while ciecie does those miles along with granny.

I don't have kids on Saturday but I have to work ..I'm off on Sunday...might had to pretty place after church, not sure...

1429 calories for today. Could have done without 150 of them but let friend talk me into candy apple which I didn't like...which made me eat something else I did like...

Ciecie, once I got them going they had a lot of fun...at first just their inertia cars...but ds2 legs are too long and he was getting tired so I let him get ds3 sit down scooter and he started towing ds3 on his inertia car behind him...

I walked 2.17 miles with them...I also enjoyed them playing happily...might try going around the block with their gear on...and using thick twisty ties to keep ds3 from bumping into ds2 on the scooter...

Ciecie...omg!!!

Diana, yuk. At least it was pleasant here in the late afternoon.

Nancy, wow that is perfect eating...praying for movement in AM.

I let my friend talk me into getting him up and dressed for a midweek early morning hunt...so I'm getting up at 430 am to do that...his son is coming to drive him...I told him I'm not getting my kids up this time...which I would have to if I drove him...

so today this guy basically said I had a nice butt while I was walking with the boys...lol...28, 805 steps today somebody better notice right?
