I am still not exercising. Just my physical therapy stretches for my hip injury.

I have been on Optifast for 1 month now. I am only down 10 lbs.

I can't believe I went up 5 lbs last week. It must be because I do not drink enough water.

It could be all the tea I am drinking. Somebody told me tea has sodium and that can cause water retention. I am not adding anything to the tea.

10 lbs is better than nothing. Hopefully my hip will fix and I can get back to walking.
