Effective weight loss product

Hello, everyone.
Give me advice which product to lose weight to I use. I have a weight problem and I think I use a weight loss product.
thanks

You can find some excellent produce for losing weight at the supermarket. I recommend spinach, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, avocado, berries, and mango. I would also recommend nuts, seeds, beans, eggs, fish, and quinoa.

This seems a very good way. But it's hardly going to work with me, I've tried something like that!

I have a problem like yours. I use the product Lipovon. I am very pleased. I have achieved a good result!

No product is suitable for weight loss. Supplements can support your body when you lack vitamins or when you lack energy. Set your goal, set the daily goal, diet plan and menu is a very good start. I think that if you can not organize yourself, get help from a dietitian :) good luck

The theory it's quite simple, according to your curent age, gender and activity level you need to calculate how many calories do you need to get into a caloric deficit. After that just sticking to whole, unproccesed foods like vaggies, fruits, meat, nuts, oats will get you on the right track, you can find a lot of tasty recepies on youtube, blog posts etc. from wich you can choose depending on what are your prefferd foods ( myself i basicly like everything besides FISH, wich i can't stand, the smell and teste it just makes me sick). Also, there are foods wich a more calorie dense then others, like berries have almost half the calories than bananas for example, so you might check some calorie charts when building up your diet, you can eat the same quantity and get even in a bigger caloric deficit. Another advise will be to avoid carbohidrates later on the day as you don't really need energy when you just sit around the house or prepare for sleep. I hope this answer helped!

This is absolutely true. But it takes a long time. I don't have this time!

Why do you use a weight loss product?

mjf 08-22-2018 04:46 AM

If you don't have time to count calories or learn recipes, you can still eat healthy foods. There are many healthy foods that take little or no time to prepare.

Here are a few examples that you can easily find in supermarkets, and take less than 20 seconds of work to prepare:
Frozen vegetables. Pour into a bowl and microwave.
Canned fish. Open the can and eat.
Pre-peeled eggs. Open the bag and take out an egg.
Nuts. Open the bag (or jar) and pour a few into your hand.

I use a product because it speeds up your metabolism and does not make you feel hungry!

The problem with weight loss products are many. Most of them don't work, and many of them are unsafe or have nasty side effects. Besides that, if you lose weight using a weight loss product, the odds are VERY HIGH that you will just gain the weight right back when you stop using the product, anyway.

Why don't you tell us a little bit about yourself and WHY you feel you need to lose weight quickly, what you've tried before, and why you think it won't work to just eat healthier (which is the only proven way to lose weight in a healthy, long term way).

It sounds to me like you are willing to sacrifice your health in order to get a quick fix of a fast drop of a few pounds. No one here wants to help you hurt yourself, so we are trying to give advice that will actually help you.

If you have really seriously tried a healthy diet with balanced macros and a calorie deficit and DIDN'T lose weight, then you may have a hormonal imbalance, and I would suggest seeing a doctor and getting your bloodwork checked. Some medications may help balance your hormones to make it easier to lose weight if you have certain conditions.

Is not that dangerous?

mishana said that she uses Lipovon. According to Lipovon's website, it has 3 ingredients:
LIPOVON COMPLEX FORMULA® 400mg
Hoodia Gordonii Extract (20:1) – 350mg
Garcinia Cambogia Extract – 50mg

The 2nd and 3rd ingredient have dangerous side effects, and neither one has been proven to help with weight loss. I have no idea what "Lipovon complex formula" is, but I wouldn't trust it.

A much better option would be to eat a healthy and balanced diet. It's been proven to work and there are no dangerous side effects.

can you explain why you do not have time? Sounds like there may be an important reason.

Well, to be honest, I don't prefer artificial weight loss products like pills. I like to do it the old-fashioned way, although pills are all over the weight loss market right now and there are some very good ones indeed, I suggest going for natural methods. You can find a lot of natural green juices and tons of other diet plans like the ketogenic diet or intermittent fasting. A friend of mine has tried the keto diet and has witnessed a 5 kgs reduction in weight in almost 10 days! Speaking of highly effective weight loss methods, I must mention intermittent fasting. I was on Reddit a couple of days ago searching for some reviews for it and I was amazed by some awesome before and after pictures of people who have used it.
There's also a good article elaborating my point: https://healthkeepersclub.com/interm...loss-solution/
An article about the ketogenic diet: https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/keto
Good luck!

I personally have no problems with side effects. I feel very well!

Are you sure? Did your doctor run tests? If so, I guess you're one of the lucky ones.

Here's a study which showed the negative effects of Hoodia Gordonii extract: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21993434

Losing weight is something you should handle with extra caution. First I do not personally advise using weight loss products, I prefer the natural way, perhaps having a glance at your picture will allow me to advise on the steps to take in order to loss weight. Like Lacerta said "It sounds to me like you are willing to sacrifice your health in order to get a quick fix of a fast drop of a few pounds".

namarie 09-26-2018 11:35 AM

I use many of products for lose weight

There are many products that work. Have you tried any of the products that I recommended earlier in this thread?

I would like to try some products for weight loss

mishana 12-12-2018 07:43 AM

I use lipovon for 2 months I have not had any problems. I feel very well. I lost 10 pounds.

JacklynSammy 12-14-2018 04:28 AM

At the end of the day, you need to find out what works best for you. Are you interested more in exercising and doing this every day? Or tracking your diet and making sure you are eating the right things at the right times of the day.

I would consult with your doctor, they can prescribe stuff you can't get OTC and just a good idea in general.

I am taking Phentermine now powerful stuff, seems to me it just kills your appetite without feeling hungry

very helpful

I strongly agree with those who say there is no magic pill.
  • A healthy and balanced diet; ideally one that you can continue with for the rest of your life
  • Plenty of water
  • Reasonable exercise
  • Getting a good nights sleep

CastielSteele 01-22-2019 04:30 AM

There are a lot of different kinds of weight loss products out there, i suggest you do some more reading about them, for instance weight loss shakes are one way to go, i found some good information and products for them on this site:

Whatarethebestweightlossshakes?

Also the same blog has a nice post about weight loss pills as-well, i personally dont like them as much, but you can always give it a go
