Good morning
No w/i this am woke up very early feeling bloated from the pizza that we splurged on yesterday afternoon so I know my weight is up and I could not face the music. Today back to the gym since my toe is doing so much better. Today is leg day so whoop whoop but without the rear lunges which I believe is what caused my toe to sprain/dislocate? So mostly will focus on 3 versions of squats, 2 types of lunges, 2 types of dead lift and then some calf raises. Along with my 30 min of elliptical and then stair master for HIIT.

Eating wise I will be back on point today no more splurges they always taste so good but I do suffer later.
Welcome Danny21 and great to see you novangel it has been awhile

Jen great job on planks
Diana hope you had an awesome trip and so brave on the scale

Yes! I've tweaked all of my meds and I'm MUCH better. 👍🤞 I was simply on too much and it was negatively affecting me in several ways. I'm still taking them but down to minimum doses. I don't want to say much more because I don't want to jinx myself. 🤞🤞 😊

I used to do planks and I will definitely incorporate them again.

Today TOM is really bad so I plan to start Jillian tomorrow! I'm going to be so sore but I have to stick with it. I'm going to do 90 day before and after pics and show them to Jillian. I'll probably post them here too since the results were so impressive last time. I'm so mad that I ever stopped but I thought running would keep the weight off. It didn't. 😭

Be back tomorrow. Have a nice night, all.

Ciecie, glad for the rain
Nov, interesting that running didn't keep you trim? Did u watch your calories and run?

my body kind of mad right now especially my feet. I did 2 hrs mowing today...I was definitely getting HIIT levels because I pushed myself past the discomfort of being hot and the grass was thick due to all the rain....

earlier I did some carpet cleaning and took trash to the dump...I basically sweat badly all day...

I had some cucumbers, ranch and bacon bits and a fUn size mound for dinner...that brought me to 1022 for the day...

I don't know that I will be any use tomorrow,

Good morning all,
139.4 this morning
Not sure where that came from, Iíve Been hanging around 141 which is more than fine with me.

Sorry Iíve been bad about posting, I will do better! Last month I did a fitness challenge and found some exercises that I like and some I donít and a number that seems to work for me. I have been using the app Habitica that Kayly recommended. I find it fun and easy to make a checklist, so I put the exercises in there. Not strenuous, just trying to keep moving my body around.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters
July 3
Matthew 10:22
'And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

'
Christ has a powerful lesson for those who choose to diet. Dieting makes us different, and it is never easy to be different. Being Christians made the disciples different, and they had to suffer many things for their difference. People who are different are often excluded by others. Sometimes they are even abused and persecuted for their differences. There was only one reason the disciples were able to persevere in their faith, and that was the presence of the Holy Spirit in their lives. That same Spirit can give us the power to be different and the strength to persevere, even through a tough diet.

Today's thought: Christ helps those who choose to be different!
