Good Morning, Everyone!

We are starting to have heat indexes. Today is 105-110. Whew!

Last night: Full Body Stretch (standing)
This morning: Oxycise

Calories for yesterday: 1375 +
Weigh In: 189
No Change

Have a Blessed day!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

June 19

Isaiah 43:2
'When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.'

Diets are endurance tests. How long can we hope when we feel as if the end of our trial is nowhere in sight? There will be an end to our diets, even though we often can't see it. It is good to know that God is with us and He is there to listen to us and share with us throughout our diet. God will be faithful to turn every kind of bad situation to good use. God is the source of our hope. Even when we can't see an end, God will give us the strength and determination we need to succeed. We cannot be beaten in our diets as long as we place our hope in God.

Today's thought: I can always make it through just one more day!

Good morning
I see I have a ton of personals to get in today

WI down 168.0 so 1/3 of my weekend bloat is gone so yeah. Gym workout was good. 25 min elliptical, 20 min free weights (lower body), 10 min HIIT on stairmaster, then cool down. Tonight upper body weights along with the cardio.

I am going to venture and measure this weekend I think, last measure was in April....bit scared....but then again I may postpone and wait until I am 4 weeks into the gym stuff that will make it weekend before the 4th.

Ok I am off everyone you seem to be doing so good!

Ok I did the 55s plank, but honestly think I can ALREADY do a min. I do them on my elbows to protect my wrists. I will try to do a 60s later today, my breathing only became a ltitle labored...I might try to do some exercise on the weight thing my client has...but I really like my bar...I used to have a door gym, but don't know what my ex did with it.

197.2 today. I have been faithfully logging and have not binged at all in a while. .I'm going to keep logging and try to follow my app auto pilot. Hold off on the too low days while my body is making adjustments...it's time I took m e asurmeets too...I think the bloat from TOM is mostly gone

Ok, have to add measurements and a rant..

Pooch 44. 42. 4141
Belly button. 41.5. 38. 38 38
Hips. 43. 39.5. 38 38.75
Bicep. 13.5. 12. 12 12.5
Thigh. 24. 23. 22.5 21.5
Calf. 16. 15.5. 14 15.25
Chest (ribs) 36. 35. 33.75 33.5
Neck. 14. 14. 14 14

I lost most on my thighs...which ok I normally lose legs first, but dang.

Plus I was 194.4 on May 8. That is my rant. I have been through all my logs and see NOTHING that warrants a 3 lb gain in a month

hello everyone, better late than never!

dropped 2 water pounds since yesterday

what a morning! Took my car in to the muffler shop to have a new exhaust installed so I didn't get to work until 11-ish...but my car looks amazing and sounds awesome! It should because it's an expensive Corsa cat back exhaust and it sounds so deep now. So I went to breakfast with DH while they worked on it and I was SO good

Breakfast: egg beater omelet w/bacon and cheese, a side of cottage cheese, sliced tomatoes (cottage cheese in place of potatoes, and tomatoes instead of toast), coffee (I only ate half and the rest is at home)
Lunch: 3 ounces deli chicken breast, .5 ounce baby swiss
Snack - mini portion of crack slaw (leftovers)
Dinner - TBD but maybe my breakfast! If not I'll have it tomorrow.

I am trying my best to be chill this week but I (along with thousands of other people) am waiting on one of my CPA exam scores and it's torture! I took it on May 25th and score release was supposed to be June 27th, but they delayed it another day. So next Thursday. Waiting is the WORST! I need to know if I passed because if not, I have to try and squeeze it in next month before the end of this testing window so that I have another shot at it in Q4 if I need it. I hope I passed! It was so brutal that I just don't know.

Granny it's very similar! I don't use anything sweet, though...just a dollop of mayo on top. It's spicy because of the red pepper flakes and the sesame seed oil gives it such flavor that it's super addicting!

lot's of work to do stop by later!!!

hi good evening!

Came home and walked 2.7 miles with DH right after work, so that's good. I'm tired! Getting ready to study for an hour or so before bed - I usually study at least 2 or more hours at night and an hour at lunch (plus breaks and whenever else I can squeeze it in), but it's already 8 pm and by about 9 or 9:30 I'll be wiped out. One of my dear kitties woke me up playing very loudly next to the bed at 5 this morning...I grabbed a flashlight because I was suspicious of all that play and I suspected right, she had a bird. There were feathers EVERYWHERE. Poor thing was dead. A dove

I did well with dinner...another OP day!

Dinner - a salad with canned chicken breast, green onions, shredded cheese, chopped cucumbers, and Sweet Sriracha Heat Boathouse farms dressing. Maybe have a few smokehouse almonds later but for the most part just liquids until bed. My fav Green Apple Perrier.

Off to study!

Good morning all,
141.0 this morning

I went back and read everything from my last post. Busy thread.

Diana I loved the devotional for the 14th, I need a helmet that covers my mouth sometimes I don’t know what is going on with TTOM , a couple spots, then nothing, that’s about 3 weeks since the last one. Has it been 10 years yet, seems like it.

Teri I am in north east PA, the peonies are starting to lose petals, I love the changing seasons but it makes me a little sad. It goes so fast, I know we have a lot of nice weather ahead. I just wish it wouldn’t go by so fast.

Granny congrats on the new low! Great job

Nancy that aqua massage is so tempting, makes me think about looking into joining a gym.

Syckgirlsfv hope you get good news!

Ciecie

Jen good job with the planks!

Hope everyone has a great day
