Good morning all,
144.2 this morning

I ate a lot of DH's homemade broccoli cheese soup last night. I'm guessing the salt in the cheese. I'm going to try and get some of my exercises in this morning since I have my meeting tonight (I weighed in yesterday, because we have a company wellness walk/picnic today).

Ciecie sounds like a great visit with your family.

Well, better get going.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day

Good Morning, Everyone!

Last night: Full Body Stretch (standing)
This morning: Oxycise

Calories for yesterday: 1545 +
Weigh In: 188.8
Down: .2

Have a Blessed day!

I like today's devotion.

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

June 7

1 John 3:3
And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

One of the best side effects of dieting is the purging our bodies receive. Interestingly, our bodies function best when we eat less. We don't overload our systems, and therefore they work better. Our bodies get cleaned out, and we feel better. It is easy to forget that we are helping our bodies operate at peak efficiency, and that our dieting cleans our entire system. Few people would mind feeling great, and God wishes for all of us a healthy, happy life. He created our systems to maintain themselves, but they can only do so if we will respect them and care for them properly.

Today's thought: My body's in need of a good spring cleaning!

Good morning to all!
WI same 166.6 and I am ok with that. I did check the batteries in my scale and they are AAA would have thought different. Anyway may change them out for laughs.

Today going to try the 30 min circuit training at the gym. It is all set up green light=1 min either doing cardio or on one of the machines, red light= switch and you have 10 seconds (I think) Just to shake things up a bit.

Diana I do hope your labs come in soon and your other Dr. can shed some light on whats going on!

ciecie I love having family visit and at the same time I am relieved to see them go...that is just me

kelijpa
the soup sounds amazingly good

Somehow, I lost my tracker. may have been when I hauled off trash. I already called the discount store and they have one in stock....so going to pick up another one in a few...if for some reason, I did not lose it in an unrettrievable place. ..I will have a back up.

Kind of sad about it though...

WI 198.4...(197.6 after BM lol this am)..was 201.2 yesterday..so really ONLY God knows what my weight is doing...I ate 1700 Cal and walked about 8000 steps...

It is time for measurements though...will post later..not really positive inches are going to show on my bloated pms body but I don't care...already made up my mind I'm not giving up.

Got a new tracker and it synced fine. Yay. 1 goal accomplished.

Me and the boys had blueberry waffles with whipped cream and strawberries so I kind of already blew a low calorie day for today so I'm just going with goals of 1200 kcal 5000 steps and one 50 second plank

We were going to go down and walk around Camp Croft by the river but my friend had an emergency come up with one of her friends I needed to babysit her children so I'm trying to figure out what else we're going to do with our day

CC I understand about the laundry in the power walks I sometimes feel like I'm power walking to put laundry up and do all the laundry that I have to do with the two boys it's amazing how fast to laundry goes up and the rooms get clean when the boys are with their dad it's kind of sad too though

Honey, I'm home and I've had a hard day. Pour me a cold one and Oooo by the way, rub my feet, gimme something to eat. Fix me up my favorite treat. Honey, I'm home. Diana, you're da best. Read your devotions, smoothing my feathers and just settling back in.

Hi Everyone!

The nurse from the Endo's office called today saying they got my message but haven't received the lab report from the Allergist. I told them that I have the report and I can fax to them. I told them about what was high and she said that it could be a problem and for me to fax over my lab report for the Dr. to see. We'll see what happens next. Still no info from the Allergist about the angioedema report.

I am getting to bed too late tonight. I should know better. I am already not a morning person, but lack of sleep is not good for me.

Mossy I welcomed you back at the other thread too. Hi and welcome back! Man, I need somone to rub my feet today.

Ciecie Feel better.
