Well good morning gals
WI up a bit from yesterday so knew it would not stick. 168.0 Steps yesterday 18,727 pretty proud of that. I over ate at dinner last night so I am thinking that is why the gain went way over my carbs since I caved in and had a couple of oreo cookies Today will be better it is a meatless night tonight so a veggie stir fry

Smile MAY 2018--Same

Hello,

It is a nice cool day. I must get out before it gets too sunny and warm to work out in the garden.

Jen: I have never downhill skied. The best people who kayaked were also downhill skiers. I used to cross country ski a few times in the winter. I was never very good at it. I fell a few times, and even tiny little hills were scary. And I don't like skiing when it is 20 degrees outside.

DIET: I did nothing majorly wrong...some jelly beans, some jelly candy, a couple small bags of nachos.
EXERCISE: I worked a couple of hours weeding in the yard, did a 30 minute walk, did exercises in the house. I did not do the lunges and squats for the knees. I think I burn more when I work out at the Y.

OK, from yesterday's devotion. I'm not good with acronyms. I am always having to look them up.

Hallelujah, yard is done!

I'm sweaty, nasty and @ 14, 432 steps...

Well, I do have to do the part by the fire pit...going to get that too.

I did the hill with the weedeater last time but I did some

Kind of amazing ab and pec workout pushing lawnmowe up a 45 degree incline and 4 ft strip that was 15ft long on both sides of house....at the top of the hill.....I let the lawn mower down a 4ft by 15 ft strip and then pulled it back up....so reverse....probably good ab work too.

I'm pretty G-NASTY...feel accomplished though...no we didn't get our lawn mower fixed

Exercise:

No workout to report. I went in late because I was starting to pack for our trip. Cody was suppose to be groomed today. The groomer is mobile now so she comes by the shop. She had a problem with her trailer so she couldn't come by. When we closed the shop we went to eat dinner and then went to the pet store to give Cody a bath there. It wasn't too bad with the DH & I both working on him. They have a really nice set up with all the conveniences and hypoallergenic shampoo.
We are leaving tomorrow morning. I will be taking my laptop so I should be able to keep in touch. I will be doing mostly swimming for my workouts.
