Good Morning 194.4 New Low AGAIN! If I can just hold this for the week I will be delighted

Yesterday was planned at 1024 but I ate 1129 as I underestimated the may for my tuna salad. I only walked 6000 steps yesterday [I took off my logger for acupuncture and forgot to put it on until bedtime so that is my best guess]

Today I plan on eating 1105 and walking 12,000
-Breakfast will be greek yogurt, blueberries, walnuts, and kefir
-Lunch will be a stir fry with tofu, peppers, onions, carrots, celery, and miso
-Dinner will be Beef and Cabbage stir fry from Budget Bytes

Busy day today. No time for personals.

Good morning everyone!

Granny, congrats on your new low...again hehehehehhehehehe

I know today I will not be able to sneak in a workout at work but it was fun yesterday. Maybe I can tomorrow? Who knows

WI down .6 166.2 so maybe the workout maybe because I had a very light dinner last night just dunno. This cold thing is back with a vengeance. It is the stuffy runny nose and tickle in my throat that is doing me in. But I am drinking lots of water!

Today's goal, meet my steps! made it yesterday and think I can do it today

just got back from power walking and running errands. will take the bus to a neighboring community this afternoon to power walk and run errands there.

Woo hoo! Congrats! I'd be delighted too.
I'm trying to stay motivated while I figure out food intake to move the scales down. Love cabbage and don't cook a lot of it. Looking up your beef and cabbage thing now.

completed my "NRLW" workout this morning and already got almost 9,000 steps in for today so I should have no problem meeting my goal. I should also be under my calorie goal, I am not even at 1000 for the day and I have already added dinner.

Hi everyone,
I am new to this thread. I did ok today with the calories/meal so far but had no exercise. That is something I have been avoiding - I used to like it but it has been a long time- hard to kick my butt back into gear. I am hoping to drop about 2.4 lbs before March as a mini goal. Workouts planned beginning this weekend.

I do have a dinner at a friend's house this Friday and I know I have to be extra lean the rest of my meals this week to accommodate. Also I can plan to limit the wine etc. at the dinner.

Wow I'm gone a few days and thread is like 4 pages longer.
It's great to post here so much info.

I've lost another lb in three days. But I've been in a lifting **** as I'm the only one trained and it's just madness of repetitive lifting. So iputting alot more protein in than I want to. ,,

But I'm almost fasting from carbs. And that's mostly unsweetened coconut ,
Milk with protien powder.

I can't do anything about it's my job.
But what I can do ...
Keep jumping my jumprope.

OMG hi and I am so sorry I am late! I wanted to wish you all ah very happy Valentines Day!

WE took mom and dad out, dad didn't like his dinner so we sent it back. All in all it was great and very nice of DH to take us all out!

Yesterday and today no formal exercise, lo and behold I will be very busy indeed!

Hi Everyone!

PandaCupcake HI and welcome to the check-in.

I had my usual breakfast and lunch. I had a splurge for dinner. Also, I wasn't able to get a workout in today. We had to close a bit early so we could get to the restaurant and then I could get to church on time. After church we had to deliver a truck and we got home around 10. That makes for a long day. I feel like my focus is waning again. I'm sure a lot of here feel like that but it feels like I have so much going on and I am being pulled in every direction. I am still helping my 2 friends at church on the painting/restroom project at church. It's kinda disheartening that it's taking so long but the walls needed a lot of prep. It seems like we have been at the church everyday working on this and it's really wearing us down mentally. We can only work a couple hours each night. Anyways, hopefully it will be done this week. Then the rest of it, faucets, lights, hanging mirror, and counter top, the men of the church can do.

I didn't count my calories at dinner. I will weigh in and move on tomorrow.
