Newbie Here

  • My weight loss journey begins today. I'm working on taking steps towards achieving my goal of losing 50 pounds, by creating a healthy balanced meal plan, which is high protein, moderate carbs and fat. I don't believe in eliminating any food groups. But I do have many food allergies which already limit my food choices.
    I'm here to be accountable, and hoping that by meeting new friends this will help us to stay motivated and on track to hitting our goals.
