Good morning all!
155.7 this morning

Diana good job paying attention to your body. I have to watch one exercise I do, if I don’t watch my form I can really feel it in my lower back, it’s a standing reverse fly, sounds painful doesn’t it I did a YouTube beginner yoga video, mostly stretching, I really liked it, it was by yoga vidya yoga for complete beginners 20 minutes, they start out in corpse pose, my favorite, you just lay on the ground and relax

Novangel beautiful picture. Sorry about your cat, nice to hear you have another.

Poached eggs for breakfast 3 days in a row, I really need to make myself some muffins, I have some pumpkin I want to use, I just need to do it!

Hope everyone has a great day

Calories for yesterday: 1540 +
Weigh In: 185.6
Down: 1.4 pounds Crazy body!

Have a Blessed day!

December 6

Psalms 92:4

For thou, Lord, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.

Brent never knew how happy he would be when he lost weight. All his life he had toyed with the idea, but the costs always seemed much greater than the benefits. It wasn't until the weight came off that he truly realized how great being thinner really was. He felt better, he looked better, and he enjoyed life in general so much more. He could do things he'd never dreamed of before. Even picking things up off the floor without panting and groaning gave him special pleasure. Brent couldn't thank God enough for helping him find a new life. It was great to be alive!
Today's thought: God makes the joy greater than any amount of sacrifice!

TOM ended today, PMS was awful this month (maybe it was the super moon ) so I was expecting the cycle to be really bad and it was almost nothing. Weird. I can't remember if I mentioned before but I've been on 50mgs of Zoloft since Feb for anxiety/depression and it really seems to help more so for the anxiety but not so much the depression. At least I don't have to deal with panic attacks anymore but I really wish I could get my lows under control. It gets unbearable during PMS but manageable the rest of the month. We tried 75mgs but I couldn't handle it. Oh well, maybe in time PMS won't be as bad. I worry it will make weightloss harder but I don't think so. Seems like it's made me gain a bit. :/ It has that side-effect but luckily it's not a lot.

I think tomorrow I go and renew the gym membership. Too cold to run outside now.

Good morning all!
156.1 this morning, up from yesterday down from last week

Diana Hormones yeesh, no TTOM, but more hot flashes lately and some ugly moods sweep through now and then, they come and go as fast as the hot flashes so I’m pretty sure they’re hormone related. I thought maybe because I’m getting closer to my goal weight, I don’t know, I guess I am still changing. I’ll have to read some more. I hate reading it could take up to 10 years have a wonderful day

Hope everyone has a great day : sunny:

Good morning 213.4 new low

Yesterday I actually ate:
Calories-1218
Protein 67
Net carbs 123
Fat 45
Omega 6:3 of 7
Steps 13,157

Today I plan to eat
Calories 1209
Protein 72
Net carbs 87
Fat 61
Omega 6:3 of 2.9
Walk 12,000 steps
Do 15 minutes yoga

Hmmm stress levels still high based on my watch and that is probably correct. RHR is also back up to around 67 this am. Well, I am going to walk and do my yoga this am and focus on breathing breaks. This week has been so crazy and tonight is the HOA meeting and I will type up minutes after that. Friday is my SIL graduation for his MEd then Next week only has two evenings planned (and one is a Christmas Party) but I will add another dog training with a teammate and then the weekend is Dog training/team Christmas party followed by a party at our house on Sunday. So most of my time next week will be cleaning. We are not really set up for small kids so it will be interesting. Will also have a lot of temptation to power through.

Novangel - I don't know if it will help but a friend of mine said her Vitamin D levels were low and when she started taking D3 (she actually takes a lot more than I would) her depression lifted. Could be something to get tested. Some doctors do. Most don't and we are all typically deficient. Also B12.

Kelijpa - The good thing is you ARE so close!

December 7

Job 42:1-2
Then Job answered the Lord, and said, 'I know that thou canst do every thing, and that no thought can be withholden from thee.'

Blessed assurance. Why do some people seem to have it while others don't? It stems from a very slight difference. Some people know God, and some just believe in Him. Knowing is belief be-yond doubt. True confidence in the Lord comes to those who have moved beyond their doubts. When we defeat doubt, then we can enter into a whole new relationship with God and a whole new life. God is greater than any problem we have. If we want to lose weight and want God to help us, we need to know beyond a doubt that He will truly help us. Like Job, we need to confess regularly our belief that God can do everything.
Today's thought: If God could create mountains, then He can remove a pound of flesh from me!
