I'm Baaaaaaack!
 

I used 3FC successfully 2+ years ago, and, welp, over the past 2 years I gained enough of what I lost back to really need a kick in the butt!

I do want to say, though, that I don't want newbies to be discouraged by the fact that I gained weight. I KNOW exactly why it happened; I became uninterested / unmotivated / complacent and broke the good habits I developed. I would routinely check in with myself and decide I was where I wanted to be with my life at the moment, and I wasn't ready to take a huge commitment. But now I am again --and what a time, the week before Thanksgiving!-- and so here I am.

Still trying to figure out what all, if anything, has changed!
