We'll be featuring articles from around the web, little-known fit tips, and interesting threads from the site. We'd also really love to feature members who are comfortable showing their before/after selves for their story and inspiration.

I am new in this forum. I am very happy to see that people still can help each other any way.
For the FB it's a good idea even though when we come in facebook or other social media we focalise on our aim difficultly.
