Sounds great! It would be nice if we can get advise of people that have achieved their goals, also it would be interesting to see how people have overcome their struggles and how the support that they have received have helped them.

If you’ve tried dieting, you know that.Even the “perfect diet” with the right foods will fail if it’s approached from the traditional dieting perspective.
