I noticed over the passed 5 years i gained a lot of weight,specifically over the last year. Ive been on the injection for a year and i need to lose weight, however on this injection its very difficult. What can i do to lose weight, or is there a better alternative to the injection that will help?

From what I have read, weight gain is not uncommon with about 5% approximate of users, and is more akin to an increase in appetite (on average), and eating more, than it is water gain. Distinguishing between the both of them is important, and personally know whether one or both is happening, is likewise important.

However, losing weight on injections is possible, with a little motivation into "Self-Study", and applying what you have learned.

I take seasonale and I've had no problems losing or keeping weight off.

I love it because I only get my period 4 times a year.
