Making Myself Accountable
 

Hello everyone. I've been overweight and depressed for so long in my life that I need to make a change. So what I've done is created a vlog to document my journey and my hope is by the end of this journey, I am one step closer to happy. I would love to post my vlog but I'm currently restricted. Maybe after I've contributed more to the community, I'll be able to let you guys see me and the experiment that I am doing.
