Hello!
Okay, I'm not going to make my weight goal either. But I will be down three pounds from where I started. Well worth all the effort. Pam, since its just us, do you want to continue on here or try another challenge. I'm happy to keep on with the monthly Bootcamps because I know when I'm starting and ending. I don't want to quit the challenges because its helped me maintain focus on exercise and kept me from quitting months ago. |

Three pounds down is better than nothing! My weight has been so weird this month right now I have NO IDEA where I'm going to be on the 30th - as of today I'm down 7 pounds, but yesterday I was only down 3. I definitely want to have an October challenge - it really helps to keep my focus. psm :) |
Okay, my goal weight was 273, and this morning I was 273.8, so I guess that's not too bad. I hit my goal (and exceeded it actually) for exercise minutes too!

You are doing awesome! I'm ending the month at 250 which is great because since starting doing these bootcamps back in May, I've managed to get off 15 pounds and past a point that I haven't been able to achieve the last several years. Let's move on to October boot camp and kick some butt! |
