Newbie here! Hello!
I will be starting the Optifast program on April 25, looking forward to losing this extra 100 lbs I've put on.
CW / 240 GW1/ 190 GW2/ 140 I'm a stress eater, anyone else have that and advice to manage/control it? |

Somethings that have helped me are to figure out some ways to lessen the stress in the first place--not always possible. If I eat t soothe myself, I go to low carb treats, or non sugar, non flour things. It's easier to get back on track that way. I make sure get back on plan right away, no slippery slope. A nutritionist once told me that if you can delay an impulse to eat for just a few seconds, it allows time for your rational mind to kick in & decide if you really want to eat. I've tried this a few times and it's worked, but I haven't remembered to do it when I'm really stressed. Wishing you good results with Optifast :) |

And thanks for the encouraging words, I've also heard drinking water will get you past the stress eating, but it dosn't come to mind soon enough for me. I will put in more effort and use your advice as well. |
