Weight vs inches
Hello I am new to the group, I lost 12 pounds in a week but I lost nothing my second week. Is it possible that you lose inches without losing pounds on the scale and is this a common issue

It is possible for the scale not to move if you're building muscle and burning at. Have you been exercising? |

Anymore is too aggressive and you will bottom out as you have seen. Eat to support your metabolism, and create a small deficit (200 cals) to assist burning fat, this is what i teach my clients.
