I hate that I've let myself get this big. I've stopped living. So ashamed of myself.
I walk about 3 miles with my dog every morning. After that I do either elliptical or treadmill for 40-90 minutes. 5 times a week.
I eat about 2200 calories a day.
And I'm gaining weight!!
How much more exercise do I need and how many calories do I need to cut?
I've been doing this for few months..Trying to walk faster, exercise harder. Still gaining weight
